- The can containing peaches is carefully opened and then juice and peaches are poured into a medium sized microwave safe bowl.
- Water, cinnamon, sugar, oats and salt are stirred in.
- Then the preparation is placed in the microwave for about 3-4 minutes at high temperature until the liquid has been soaked up by the oatmeal.
