1 lb | chicken breasts, boneless, skinless, cut into large chunks | |
1 large | onion, chopped | |
1 (14.5 oz) can | tomatoes, diced | |
0.333 cup | tomato paste | |
2 stalks | celery, chopped | |
1.5 tsp | garlic powder | |
1 tsp | onion powder | |
0.5 tsp | salt | |
0.25 tsp | red pepper flakes | |
0.333 tsp | ground black pepper | |
1.5 cup | broccoli florets | |

Directions
- Coat the bottom of a large frying pan with olive oil or non-stick cooking spray.
- Heat the pan on medium.
- Put the chicken and onion in the pan.
- Cook for 10 minutes. Stir the ingredients around so that they heat through evenly.
- Add in everything else but the broccoli.
- Continue stirring and cooking for 5 minutes.
- Now add the broccoli. Cook for another 5 minutes, stirring from time to time.
- Remove the creole from the heat and serve right away.
Recipe Notes
