- Preheat your oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit (190°C).
- Combine the berries, all-purpose flour, sugar, and cornstarch in a bowl.
- Coat a 9x9 inch baking dish with cooking oil or non-stick spray.
- Add the fruit mixture.
- In a separate bowl, mix the whole wheat four, oats, brown sugar, cinnamon, salt, and vanilla extract.
- Add the butter and continue mixing until all ingredients are evenly combined.
- Spread the finished mixture on top of the berries in the pan.
- Bake for around 45 minutes.
- Once the crisp topping has turned a golden brown color, it is ready to serve. Enjoy warm, room temperature, or chilled.
