Directions
- Preheat oven to 374 degrees F (190 degrees C).
- Mix together 1 cup of sugar and 3 eggs in a bowl.
- Add 1/2 cup of sour cream and 1/2 cup of flower oil in a bowl and mix.
- Add 2 cup of all-purpose flour and 2 tsp of baking powder in a bowl and mix.
- Pour the dough into a pie plate.
- Spread peeled, cored and sliced apples over the dough.
- Mix 1 tbs of ground cinnamon and 3 tbs of sugar in a separate small bowl and sprinkle the pie.
- Bake in preheated oven until the topping is golden brown, about 40 to 45 minutes.
