Directions
- Begin by preheating your oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit.
- Get a large bowl and combine your dry ingredients inside thoroughly.
- Once the dry ingredients are fully combined, you can pour in the wet ingredients and mix those in as well.
- Grease a muffin pan with 12 cups.
- Evenly distribute the muffin mixture into the cups.
- Optionally top the muffins with oats. Around a teaspoon for each should be sufficient.
- Put the muffins in the oven to bake for the next 20-25 minutes.
- You can serve them hot and fresh immediately, or you can cool them down to room temperature. They also taste good chilled.
