- Preheat oven to 356 degrees F.
- Grease a 9"x13" baking pan.
- Now we need to melt the butter and chocolate. You can melt in a microwave, but I recommend to melt over the stove. How to melt the butter and chocolate over the stove: heat 9 oz chopped chocolate, 1 cup butter, and several inches of water in a small pot over low heat until completely melted and has a smooth consistency. Don't forget to stir regularly.
- Whip up the eggs and sugar in a separate bowl.
- Pour melted chocolate and butter.
- Add the flour, salt, vanilla sugar, or vanilla extract, and mix very well.
- Pour into the baking pan, distribute and bake in the preheated oven about 30 min.
- Pull out of the oven and cool for 1 hour.
